Uplinkify provides advisory and assistance services for obtaining tourist visas. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision corresponds to the immigration authorities of the destination country.
Client Obligations
The client must provide truthful and complete information, comply with established deadlines, and pay agreed fees for our advisory services.
Limitation of Liability
Uplinkify is not responsible for the outcome of visa applications, as these depend entirely on the corresponding immigration authorities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Chilean laws and any dispute will be resolved in Santiago courts.
